John A. DeNisco, Jr., a 45 year area resident, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, NY. Son of the late John A DeNisco, Sr. and Antoinette Totora DeNisco, John was born April 27, 1932 in Mount Vernon, NY.

John was a retired truck driver with the Teamsters Local #445, Newburgh, NY. He was a friend of Bill W. for 23 years. He was a former shop steward for Teamsters Local #445, former commissioner for South Blooming Grove Fire District, former President of Washingtonville Little League, the former and only Coach of Nisco All Stars, Washingtonville.

Survivors include his wife Marion Jane Sansevere DeNisco, at home, sons Michael J. DeNisco and his wife Lisa of Slate Hill, Joseph R. DeNisco and his wife Lori of New Hampton, daughters, Jane A. Board and her husband David of Monroe, Patricia Bellucco and her husband Michael of Blooming Grove, 7 grandchildren, Ryan DeNisco, Alyssa DeNisco, Joseph DeNisco, Michelle DeNisco, Cheryl Kroll and her husband Rick, Christine Board, & Catherine Board.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 on Monday, July 19, 2010 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Avenue, Monroe. A funeral celebration will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Sacred Heart Church, 26 Still Road, Monroe. Interment will follow in Cemetery of The Highlands, Highland Mills.
